Managing Director
- Rob Lee has as over 25 years of accounting, tax, and technical experience in private industries primarily in non-profits, professional service, restaurants, finance, software development, real estate, manufacturing, and consulting.
- Rob is a dedicated CPA with expertise in developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes and controls that significantly improve P&L scenarios.
- Rob is an expert in establishing accounting functions, systems and best practices; cost-reduction, automation and tax strategies; and lasting business relationships to ensure goal-surpassing fiscal performance.
- Rob earned his Bachelors of Science in Business Adminintration Degree in Accounting from Colorado State University in 1995 and a Masters in Business Administration in Finance and Accounting from Regis University in 2003. He has been a Certified Public Accountant since 2005 in the state of Colorado.
- Rob is a former Board Member of the Spartans Youth Club – Spartans Youth Club is a non-profit organization whose mission is to foster a positive learning environment in which children develop mental, physical and emotional growth. By promoting commitment, teamwork and sportsmanship, children of all ages and ability gain confidence and learn life-long lessons.
- Rob is a member of the Parish Finance Council at Our Lady of Loreto Catholic Church in Aurora, CO.

Cloud-Based Accounting Solutions
Internet-based accounting has been available for more than a decade, but only recently has the term “cloud accounting” come into vogue. Cloud computing uses an online connection to access data that is stored on a secure server, rather than in the hard memory of your desktop or portable device. It is important to distinguish between tax planning and compliance. Preparation of tax returns is called compliance and most CPAs do a fairly good job at doing that. However, tax planning involves formulating a strategy that minimizes the effective tax rate over long periods of time. Tax planning involves discussing the entire business plan with a client and making the appropriate time-sensitive choices to ensure maximum savings.
